THE DRAGON is an illustration I made in 1999. This took a few months to make because of all the details. I used the pen tool and gradient mesh in Adobe Illustrator. Then I brought it into photoshop to make several frames with the animation effects part. Then I incorperated it into a gif.

This logo of my initials JMT I literally made freehand. I sketched the whole piece by hand then later brought into Adobe Illustrator to digitize it.

I happen to love illustrator. Every digital artist will have different areas that they favor. It was a huge challenge to learn the pen tool and the gradient mesh. I finally got the teacher's aid to come to my house for private lessons, then I excelled soon after. I am so glad that I asked him do to it or I would been sad if I left school and sucked. - By Jessie Traslavina
